This is the time many people pay their CSA farmer for vegetables they’ll eat all summer long. But new research finds that you are more than likely not providing the farmer with anything close to a living wage. Mark Paul is the report’s author. He’s an economics PhD student at UMass, who studied sixteen CSA’s across Western Massachusetts.
