A new collection of songs from the creators of the long-popular book “Rise Up Singing,” has recently been released. The collection, called “Rise Again Songbook” includes some newer music and more diversity. They got permission to publish lyrics and chords from the likes of Taj Mahal, Jeff Tweedy of Wilco, Adele, The Nields and Hot Tuna.
New England Public Radio’s Carrie Healy met with the husband-and-wife team of Annie Patterson and Peter Blood, at their home, on a quiet dead-end street in Amherst, Massachusetts. That’s where they put together the new 1,200 song collection.
