These are the final days of campaigning before Hartford voters go to the polls in a primary race for mayor. One Republican and one unaffiliated candidate are running for the seat, but the focus is on the Democratic primary, where incumbent mayor Pedro Segarra is getting a serious challenge. Segarra took over in 2010 after the former mayor was convicted on corruption charges. The primary is Wednesday, September 16th.
