Lawyers in the trial of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev are awaiting a ruling expected soon whether the case should be moved out of Boston.
On Thursday, defense attorneys argued to a federal appeals court that the trial judge cannot find a fair and impartial jury in eastern Massachusetts.
As they wait, the trial judge, George O’Toole, is getting closer to empanelling a jury, and prosecutors on Thursday indicated jury selection has identified 61 people who could serve.
