It’s inauguration day in Massachusetts. Republican Charlie Baker will be sworn in as the state’s next governor at noon today. He succeeds Democrat Deval Patrick, who’s held the office for the last eight years. Our Statehouse reporter Sarah Birnbaum is covering the transition of power at the state’s corner office.
