Massachusetts faces a budget gap of about $330 million, and Governor Deval Patrick has proposed about $200 million in cuts. That’s as Governor Deval Patrick prepares to leave office, along with several top legislators in early January.
Among those is central Mass. Sen. Stephen Brewer, head of the Ways and Means Committee. I asked him how he thinks the budget gap can be closed.
