Vermont holds its primary elections this coming Tuesday. There are few high-profile races that will be decided, but Republicans will pick their nominee for governor, to face Democratic incumbent Peter Shumlin in November. Vermont Public Radio political reporter Peter Hirschfeld says that race is unlikely to see an upset.
