NEPR welcomed National Public Radio’s Education Correspondent Eric Westervelt to UMass Amherst for a conversation on education policy and the new administration.
Westervelt worked as an award-winning foreign correspondent with NPR’s international desk for close to a decade, before returning in late 2013 with a focus on domestic news and American education.
Westervelt was joined by Professor Stephen Sireci of the of the University’s College of Education. Sireci is a professor of educational policy, research, and administration, as well as Director of the Center for Educational Assessment at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
