Safe Passage is a leader in providing services for those affected by domestic violence. Its services, including a shelter, 24-hour hotline, counseling, legal help, and more, are completely free of charge. The organization is dedicated to supporting and uplifting women and anyone experiencing domestic violence.
Marianne Winters, Executive Director, and Gail Kielson, President of the Board of Safe Passage, discuss what working with the organization has meant to them, what is considered domestic violence, and the role that Safe Passage plays in the community. Their message is uplifting and their organization is filled with hope.
Kielson was honored by the Women’s Fund of Western Massachusetts this year for her lifelong work in helping survivors of domestic violence.
